SINGAPORE · 7 TO 11 OCTOBER 2026

FIVE NIGHTS. ONE SQUARE KILOMETRE.

Token2049 on the 7th and 8th at Marina Bay Sands. The Grand Prix from the 9th to the 11th on the streets outside it. This is how that week goes when it is handled.

A LETTER FROM SHABBY

You replied VIP, so I will keep this straight.

Twice a year my job stops being about growth and becomes about phone calls. Singapore week is one of them. Token2049 is the 7th and the 8th of October at Marina Bay Sands. The Grand Prix is the 9th to the 11th, on the streets outside it. Five nights, one square kilometre, and every good room, table and seat inside it gets fought over by the same few thousand people.

Most people booked the conference half. The race half is what sells out. That gap is why I went and lined up these six spaces before writing a single email about them.

Here is what the concierge actually does that week. One person, with a name you will know before you pay anything, owns your week. They place your group walking distance from the venue on the nights everyone wants. They hold your table on the 8th. They put a car under you on a weekend when half the roads are a race track. They walk you through doors that are not on any public calendar. And when something we booked breaks at 1am, they fix it while you sleep, because it is their week too.

And the offer that opened this thread still stands, in writing: name the one thing about that week you have already tried to get and could not. We get it, or we find you the best alternative. No card, no account. A yes and a price, or a straight no, the same day.

There is a serious platform underneath all of this, and the AI in it is genuinely good. But it is not what gets you the table on the 8th. People do. Ours are the best I have ever worked with.

Tell me what you could not get.
